Win Cuthbert, Adonlia founder and CTO, has over 35 years of experience in the technology industry. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a degree in Civil Engineering. Throughout his career, Win has worked on a wide range of projects, from developing enterprise-level software systems to designing hardware solutions for mission-critical applications.

Ani Sadikovic is an experienced executive in the energy industry, with a primary focus on electric grid services and data analytics. He is a visionary leader with expertise in developing augmented intelligence and artificial intelligence solutions that effectively address the complex business and technical needs of electric utilities. Andrija's leadership and problem-solving skills are a testament to his track record of success in managing large, cross-functional teams. He holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School of Business and an MSEE degree from Northeastern University.
XJEI ADVISOR
Alireza Shahsavari is an experienced electrical engineer with expertise in the application of machine learning and deep learning in electric power systems. He is currently a Team Lead for Grid Modernization and Assessment at SDG&E and also serves as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of California, Riverside. Alireza was awarded a Big-Data analysis fellowship from NASA JPL. He holds a Ph.D. degree from University of California, Riverside, and is a licenced P.E. in state of California.
